first the elevator stunk, pool had tons of hair in it so did hot tub, jets didn’t work in hot tub sauna wouldn’t warm up. Blow dry broken and laying on counter, office chair ripped up, towels had big rips and holes in them. We bought coins for the laundry 10$ and five dollars of them were nickels and pennies, then would only refund half of the coins. Beds were sub par luckily we were tired. Only true thing was good view. should only have cost about 80$ not 180$

We were mostly thrilled with our stay. Staff was friendly, helpful - they also seemed to all be friendly with each other, like a family, it just had that atmosphere. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean, great view. Pool, hot tub and sauna were all working (always a gamble) Only issue was pool/hot tub were a little dirty - couldn't find a place to rinse sand off our feet after a beach walk, it seems people come into the pool room, all the way to the back to use the pool shower to rinse their feet. So there's a lot of sand in the pool and hot tub. Loved the sauna, what a rarity at a hotel. Overall had a great stay.

I liked that the ocean was right next to the hotel. I didn’t like the homeless guy sleeping in the elevator. I also was worried the whole time that a towel or linen might get dirty and I was going to get charged for it because the sign in the bathroom. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting on refund for the second night we didn’t stay.

The sauna was not working properly, the jacuzzi was not working at all, the pool was dirty, and the whole area where these amenities were, was dirty. The room was big, the ocean view was ok from the room, but it was great from the dining area.

Pet friendly meant chemical cleaner smells to mask the unpleasant smells. The cat grooming itself on the checking counter was not interested in catching the mouse running in the lobby. No towels in the dirty swimming pool. No heat in the sauna no jets in the hot tub. Tattered torn wash clothes & towels. Sand in drawers. Ocean view was at angle thru filthy glass. I had asthma attack had to check out early find a healthier alternative. The coffee in restaurant same pods as the room charge $4.50 a cup. Run down and in disrepair. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Clerks were lack luster not helpful!

The ocean view was fantastic, the sounds were wonderful at night, and having the lighthouse close was just another awesome addition.The only thing was the mattress cover and fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed.

Our stay at Lincoln Sands was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff at check-in were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The fresh hot cookies at check-in were such a delicious and thoughtful touch! Our suite was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in excellent condition. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to parking and a quiet atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The view of the beach was simply stunning, and the easy access made it perfect to enjoy the ocean anytime. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Perfect location to view sunsets! The entire Lodge needs cleaning & painting. The beds were comfortable. Toilet was almost on the floor. So low. Fisherman's n 101 near the Harbor had great food. Seafront Baking Company, excellent food.

Wanted a room overlooking the ocean from a balcony and this was the only option. I got what I asked for. The property is old and not very well maintained. There was a group that partied in the lobby until the wee hours of the morning and no one on staff made an attempt to quiet them down.
