"Clean. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. They clean rooms every 3 days. Some staff were courteous others not so good. Int reservations called for a handicap room with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed with a sofa bed. I ended up with the 1 king bed, a chair I asked for a roll-away bed, they had none available so my care giver had to sleep on the floor, no carpet and they gave her two blankets and a pillow. The bed was lumpy and sleeping was not good."

"I stayed for 3 days and called front desk on on the second day because the ac was not cooling the room and was told there was no maintenance man on site so i called next day and was told he was on site but they didnt know where he was and would leave a note for him, he never came by and i never heard back from them so i just had to deal woth humid room"
