Stayed here on a business trip last week. Besides the shower gel being empty, the stained carpet, the loud talking by cleaning staff and a guest early in the morning, my bluetooth speaker was stolen from my room. It was forgotten in the room during checkout and when i called later to recover it i was advised that nothing was left in the room. Who would turn in a brand new Bluetooth speaker? Certainly not this place...ill never trust them or stay there again. I will say the receptionist was very nice and professional.

Overall lack of upkeep, stains on towels and sheets, pool needed a cleaning, 2 treadmills, both out of order, and one elliptical that grinded made up the cardio in the “gym.” Top it off with elevator that inspection dine 6/18/24 that expired 6/18/25. Oh and just happened to not have plates at breakfast or enough food.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pomona La Quinta Inn. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! The free breakfast is one of the perks that I enjoy, and being able to check in and out online is very helpful.

It's a mid hotel. I came here for my 24th bday. The staff is super nice the ladies at the front desk are sweethearts one gave me ketchup lol. but it's kind of a dingy hotel. You can see it in the walls and the elevator creaking. Our room wasn't that clean when we first came. There was weird stuff on the chair. A hand print on the sink. Some of the drawers didn't work too. The fan making a weird clicking sound sometimes. The bathroom supplies weren't stocked either. Didn't have any shampoo or conditioner and barely body soap. The Hot Tub was super nice. All and all it's an alright hotel. Great staff? Kind of run down building but all and all I had a decent time
