Limited eating facilities, the carpet throughout the building did not look clean or appealing, only one elevator in the facility, making it difficult to move around, bed was not firm or comfortable.

Staff was wonderful. My bathroom had ants. Would be better if I could have controlled the air. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Elevator was down my entire stay on my wing. Electronic door went out, they repaired quick. The shower drain drained very slow, had to stop let the water drain, overall nice place, great staff. Thanks.
