The split bedroom floor plan offers great separation of space and privacy for the bedrooms. The master bedroom features private door to the pool along spacious walkin closet and a spacious his/hers master bath. Two guest rooms have queen beds, complete with dresser and night stands. The Master Bedroom features a King Bed. The 4th bedroom has a pull out sofa as well as the living room. The home can accommodate 8! The beautiful community of Bella Terra has 400 acres of conservation preserves, 100 acres of lakes. This is a smoke and pet free home.
