Dishonest Hotel Staff

We stayed 2 nights here. Over $500 in items stolen from our room. We can only suspect cleaning staff. We have left several messages for the hotel manager to call us back and after 2 weeks, we still have no call. We contacted Hyatt customer service online and have not received any reply. Poor experience.
