In the adjacent chef's kitchen, you'll be pleased to find a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and nifty gadgets like a coffee maker. Off the kitchen, you'll have access to a designated work desk, there is also a 1/2 bathroom on the first level. The second floor of the townhome features the primary Queen bedroom with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. There are an additional two twin bedrooms upstairs, and one double bedroom with a shared bathroom. A private washer/dryer and WiFi round out the interior amenities. A quick drive away, enjoy the sights and sounds of the Leucadia Farmers Market, look for seashells on Moonlight State Beach, smell the flowers at the San Diego Botanical Gardens, or enjoy one of downtown's delicious restaurants. Other fun attractions like Carlsbad Village, Legoland, and the Carlsbad Flower Fields are also just minutes away. Right in the neighborhood, you can enjoy engaging in some playful competition on the tennis court, let the kiddos play on the community playground, or take a peaceful walk to Leucadia Oaks Park. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This townhome requires a 30-night minimum stay.
