The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we realised we hadn't brought the right travel adapter to fit Swiss electrical sockets, and the lady at reception lent us an adapter that worked. The buffet breakfast was decent as well, and we really appreciated the guest cards that gave us discounted tickets for the cable car and free entry to a few museums. Top tips for anyone staying in Chur - check out the incredible fondue restaurant, and also a bar called Tom's Beer Box if you're a beer lover who is also a fan of alternative music!"
