We started out having to drag 3 large pieces of luggage up 2 1/2 flights of stairs. The hotel is on a dark street not far from the train station. Our room looked like it was newly renovated in a tasteful way. Parking was very inconvenient and expensive. We probably wouldn't stay there again.

Check in lady was very helpful , however there is no lift from street level to reception and not the steps you need with reduced mobility .The lift to upper floors very small , our room started with a 4 and confusing signs coming out of lift that takes you through a door to more steps going down do not take these .The room had very comfy bed however paper cups and no coffee/ tea or milk to go with kettle . Shower does not point down with jet constantly wants to spray on side of shower .

Clean room, wonderful staff (Ana on reception is a gem! We didn't meet the housekeeper, they also worked very efficiently to get the room ready!), the room is renovated, there are TV channels in English (BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5), close proximity to the train station, refrigerator and free water, variety of light modes/options, mostly quiet, elevator/lift works, beautiful view.

The room was clean, tidy, function and warm. The room we had also had a lovely view of the church steeple and the mountain behind. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

A vintage hotel in great Swiss shape with polite, english speaking receptionists. Had a 1 night stay on a train leg from Milan headed to Paris the next day. The hotel was perfect and easily reached by rolling luggage across Chur's smooth, very wide walkways from the train station to the hotel. Walked Chur's historic area the next morning. Great experience in all regards. Thank you!

Genial staff allowed me to practice my German instead of immediately switching to English, as many would do. Room was clean and modern, a short walk from the train station and to the heart of the old town. The hotel itself and the ground floor restaurant have preserved many features of the building's three or four hundred year history, a delight for this traveler.
