This hotel went above and beyind with their handicapped accessible rooms If i ever have to come back to elko i will be staying there

The staff couldn’t have been more attentive or helpful. They were all great! Everyone wore a smile and made you feel like they truly wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was clean as was the rest of the hotel, the bed very comfortable, and the spa was sparkling. This hotel will be our hotel of choice on our next visit to Elko.

The first room I got was dirty, the second room had no clean sheets or towels, I went to the front desk and they gave me sheets out of the dryer, no towels. The TV in my room was broken.
