If you want to get out and explore, you’re right in the heart of Elkhart, known as the RV Capital of the World and full of small-town charm with plenty to do. Spend time along the beautiful trails at Wellfield Botanic Gardens or catch a show at the historic Lerner Theatre. The Midwest Museum of American Art and the RV/MH Hall of Fame & Museum are local favorites, and downtown Elkhart has great restaurants and riverfront views along the Elkhart Riverwalk.

To be respectful of the neighbors, please be mindful of noise levels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal.

Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.
