Our minifridge was blowing warm air the entire time. Our door lock kept locking while the door was open so we could not properly close the door! Almost missed my daughter's cheer competition which is why we were there because I couldn't sleep did to the door being propped open all night due to this issue. They offered to move our room... at 2:30am! I asked when maintenance would be there and I was told about 7:30am. They did through their Bonvoy app that they'd be there and have my door fixed and a replacement mini fridge works be there before 8am.
Needless to say, they weren't! I chatted all night with someone on their app.
They offered to move our room again at 8:45am but we had to be at the arena for her competition at 9;39am and had no time to pack up recruiting and move plus get ready for the competition.
They said they'd have it fixed before we got back at 1pm... it wasn't. They said there wad nothing wrong with the door, you just needed to open the handle really slow...huh?
They did they swapped out the mini fridge... but when I opened it not only was it still blowing earn air, the and chunk of ice that dead there when I left was still there stuck on the compressor.
