Hotel was amazing for our family of 6. We could all stay in one room and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Also appreciated the free happy hour drinks and snacks. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend an adult sleep on it unless you like the feeling of springs in your back all night and the parking was valet only and expensive.

Frightening Hotel Guests & Dangerous Surroundings

My two grandchildren and I checked into your Hilton hotel in the late afternoon. Within an hour after getting settled in our room, we attempted to use the pool after a long hot day of sightseeing. Sadly, the pool was not available to any other guests due to an unusually large and chaotic group of people occupying the pool and wreaking dangerous havoc in the pool. We tried to take a walk outside the hotel along the river promenade, but felt unsafe after two different druggie drifters approached us. After our return to the hotel (within 15 minutes), we were verbally threatened with harm by the unwieldy pool people (a belligerent and crazed mother and an Aunt, I believe) and did not feel safe once again. Both the registration staff member gentleman and the on-site manager Neville were extremely professional, apologetic and helpful. Since I did not feel comfortable staying overnight at the hotel and I could not endanger my young grandchildren in such a bizarre and unpredictable environment, we promptly left, were promised a full refund and I had to book a different hotel in a safer area with a safer guest demographic. Wonderful hotel, spent plenty of nights here. Nicely upgraded rooms. I booked early for the 4th, but as a Hilton member they gave me a corner suite with limited views. Also hotel guest did not receive valet parkimg.

We stayed at Embassy Suites for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location near the river, perfect for a relaxing walk. The suite was spacious and clean, with a separate living area that worked really well for our family. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The room was quiet, and we slept well. The only minor downside was that the pool was a bit small and could get crowded during peak times. Overall, this is a great hotel for families, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Embassy Suites is walkable to the A's Game and to the Riverwalk / Downtown shops and restaurants. Perfect location and the LOBBY is wonderful. Good food, buffet, breakfast, Starbucks Coffee. It's perfect for a stay with family or friends.

My family and I always love staying here. The staff is great the rooms are always spotless and very comfortable. The convenience to downtown and Old Sac. is so great and the free breakfast is second to none!!!!
