Original room: TV did not work. There was no furniture but a bed in the first room they gave us. The original bed was a full size with a twin fitted sheet barely stretched over the topper. Two flimsy pillows. They did move us to another room that at least had a table and a working TV. No kleenex, though there were two kleenex dispensers. No hot water- only luke-warm. First morning went down for coffee at 6:30- nothing. Breakfast was sliced white bread a few muffins and a bowl of apples. One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. No ice machine. Went down to check out and waited 15 minutes for an employee. Night shift just left, day shift was 15 minutes late. Shameful! Ceilings had patching done by an 8th grader. Nasty carpet where there was carpet. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was a horrible place to stay. Very unsafe and various homeless characters walking around not to mention the creepy security guard. The check-in clerk tried to assure me that the building was safe and placed me in a room that was on the backside of the building lined with bushes. I told him, absolutely not, and put me upfront in the trash strewn parking lotwhere I can at least keep an eye on my vehicle. My objective move from comfort to safety. I was out of there at 6 o’clock next morning. There’s nothing redeeming or worthy about this particular hotel if I could, I’d give it no stars.

Requested a downstairs room because I have bad knees and they only had 2nd floor rooms. It is in need of renovations everything was in poor shape and not particularly clean. There were no working ice machines in the whole place. I wanted to fill my water bottle at breakfast but they didn’t have any water available. The juice machine was also broken. I chose this hotel off hotels.com because it was rated a 7.2 but there’s no way that is accurate. The only positive is it was quiet.

The room was so old and it was falling apart. The bed was so uncomfortable it was actually hurting my back. The bathroom was so outdated. And the front door did close sometimes. The breakfast we were not allowed to bring our food to our food which suck. Not many options either.
