I arrived at the property early. A front desk woman said my room was not ready but that I could get a balcony room if I could wait a few hours; so I waited 3 1/2 hours. Once I got my room, I walked into a sauna. The air conditioning was not working, and I had to immediately call maintenance. They eventually got it to work (after climbing through the ceiling), but the thermostat did not say the current temperature and he couldn’t figure out how to do that. So instead, it only showed what temperature you want to go down to. My room (after waiting that long) had the smallest windows known to man. Waiting for 3.5 hours just waisted my trip. And they lied to me. Being a single woman they gave me the runaround; and when I called the front desk they did not care that I was unhappy about the accommodations. Telling me that’s all they had.

Gorgeous renovation. We stayed in a quiet room near the adult pool. Lovely property, highly recommend. We usually stay at the Hyatt across the street, but it has gotten too expensive and too crowded over the years so this beautiful little gem will be our place whenever we travel to the desert. Thank you, Tommy!!!

I was visiting for the tennis, very convenient location and regular shuttle bus. Quiet around the hotel, dining was good though limited choices for vegetarians. Very good breakfast

Tennis Week

As noted in another review, we arrived very early, as planned and were pleased to check in at 10am. The room appeared to be an accessible type. It had one wash basin and was missing the TV controller. Maintenance was busy and took 90 minutes to replace it Food and service was excellent. If it wasn’t a major tennis week, the prices should be lower.

The territory of the hotel is unique. There are a lot of citrus trees here and the smell is absolutely incredible in March . Everything is quiet, peaceful, cozy and beautiful.

Very much over priced, rooms and bathrooms are small. Bathtub had a large chip in it. Size that you would find at motel 6. Pool is average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed we paid so much. Would not stay there again or recommend to stay there.

We’ve stayed there several times when it was the Mirmonte & I must say the renovations have brightened the entire hotel. Dining under the olive trees was the highlight & of course the bus to the tennis tournament was a major reason for our stay. I would offer a critique that would be very helpful— I rented a suite. It was very large BUT the TV is ONLY meant for lying in bed even though there is a sofa in the added space!!!! I would suggest you add a swivel TV holder instead of a fixed one so that you can see the TV from the sofa —-otherwise it is not wise to rent a suite. The large space is unusable.

Cute facility but rooms can use some upgrades

The room was spacious & there were 2 sinks which was a great feature. The air conditioning system was quite noisy. Hotel need to upgrade their sound proof quality in the room. I could hear quite clearly my neighbors talking , laughing, coughing & playing music. Restaurant service was great, but food quality was just ok & not consistent

I loved our visit at the Tommy Bahamas resort and spa!! From the moment we checked in to leaving it was fantastic. We met so many nice people that works at the resort. Greg and Detress at reception, Noah and Alez. The waiters, Jacob and Pharoh and Gabby. The food at the restaurant was perfect for us and I loved the cocktail, Ooobae Colada. Lets not forget our yoga teacher Alejandra. Feeling grateful!! Thank you for a nice stay. One more thing, it was close to the Indian Wells tennis tournament and the shuttle provided by the hotel was convenient.
