Worst experience there!! The pool man Eladio decided to target my family and I the whole time we were there. If I could give it 0 starts I would. They went through our bags while we were in the pool and when we asked them why they said “because they can” We ordered food and they decided to not give it to us until we asked and it was cold. Whenever we wanted to order food or drinks the staff would avoid us. The lady in charge of the pool would just walk by and look at what we were doing but ignore everyone else. Definitely targeted

The hotel room was very nice. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The area around the pool, near the lounge chairs was dirty with trash left from patrons. Overall good experience if your on a budget.
