"This property is amazing with a simple layout for ease of movement around. The spa services I received were top notch. I recommend visiting the spa to everyone when there. The on-property entertainment team are the best in class as they ensured a fun time all day everyday. And last but not least stop by the preferred club pool bar and see Maximus for a delicious cocktail. Tell him I sent you."

"Our stay at the W Punta Cana was far from ideal. While the property's design is beautiful and fitting of a luxury hotel, our group of ten experienced severe health and hygiene issues. On our last day, five people in our party suffered from severe diarrhea; we strongly suspect that the freshness or quality of the food was compromised. Furthermore, six members of our group broke out in red rashes, and five people sustained numerous bite marks that strongly resemble bedbug bites"

"Room was not clean on arrival just bedding was changed still had old room service dishes inside. For being a fairly new property it was in very poor shape. Railings broken, lights broken, and paint peeling in general areas. This is the 5th dreams location I’ve been to and the only one I would never recommend. Was not very busy while we were there and service was still just ok not good or fast. Buffet very small and not a lot of variety. Pool was good and clean and beach was very nice, lots of waves but still spots you can swim easily "

"Mosquitoes was an issue with our stay. Be careful with what looks to be a hotel customer service desk which unfortunately is a time share type product desk. It is disappointing when one wants to get away for a vacation to relax and instead finds pushy people trying to sell you an unlimited membership from $50k upwards on the spot. Even more disappointing was that Hyatt is behind this operation which will make me think twice before reserving this brand again. Otherwise the hotel staff were very pleasant. "

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "
