"Zoetry is a beautiful property - carefully designed to be aesthetic, open and one with the ocean. However, for the price point (very expensive), there were some major issues. Firstly, the mosquitoes in the room - I have never encountered such an issue - there were MANY and nothing helped! My friend and I were constantly bitten and were VERY uncomfortable. When we asked the staff, they said 'its just their country' which isn't true - people on other resorts didn't have that issue. The food was also inconsistent - they didn't have waffles for the duration of our stay, which again, for the price point paid should not be a thing. There was also a day where there were no straws for our drinks - not okay. There was also a worker who was way too friendly and overly zealous and saying odd things to us. Overall 3/5 - please fix the mosquito issue at the very least!!!"

"We just returned from an unforgettable weekend at Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort celebrating my birthday and Mother’s Day with my family, and everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel truly special. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was absolutely amazing, and there was always something fun and entertaining for everyone in the family. But what stood out the most was the incredible staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, remembered our names, and treated us with such kindness and attention that it honestly felt like VIP service the entire weekend. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests, and that made all the difference for us. My family and I haven’t stopped talking about how amazing this trip was. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back very soon. "Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and great pools. The property is also very kid-friendly. One important thing to know is that the beach directly in front of the hotel can be dangerous because of the strong waves and currents. However, we discovered a little paradise on the left side, near the end of the Secrets hotel, where the sea becomes calm thanks to the coral reef barrier. The water there is much more peaceful and enjoyable for swimming."

"I thoroughly enjoyed myself. This trip was about relaxation and that’s exactly what I did! What truly stood out to me was the customer service. They all had great customer service from the check in process and assisting with bags to the entertainment. They truly make the effort to accommodate you! Most of my meals were decent but did lack a bit in seasoning. I also felt the experience with the cabana rental could’ve been better. The menu is limited and your waitress is also assisting others so it doesn’t feel any different than sitting in the regular pool chairs. I would love to see them make that experience feel more elevated so people want to pay the extra to have the “cabanas”. A few of the staff stood out, Diamond, Baby A, James (LeBron), and the check in team were all amazing! The ladies that assisted at Noodles also were great! I absolutely loved the dancers by the pool during the pool party as well as the “Divas” performance. They also had a birthday cake set up in my room at arrival with an handwritten note! Overall, I had a great time and the staff is truly where this resort shines!"

"El servicio al cliente es horrible , la mayoría de los empleados te tratan como si no pagaste para estar ahí , las instalaciones no son la gran cosa. Las bebidas son todas BARATAS Y DE MALA CLASE. La comida no es buena. Sin duda no volvería"
