The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had left the ear pieces of my AirPods behind. I contacted the hotel, and to my relief, they quickly located them. Not only that, but they carefully wrapped them in bubble wrap and mailed them all the way to my home in the U.S. I truly appreciated their prompt and considerate response—it went above and beyond what I expected. This level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay not only enjoyable, but also memorable!!"
