The room I booked showed photos of a jetted tub, Room had no jetted tub. Found a short straw with a white powder residue on top of bathroom mirror, as well as dirty cutlery in the drawer.

Easy parking, convenient check in and welcoming front desk gentleman. Love the kitchenette. Full fridge, freezer, dishwasher and equipped with your basic needs for making meals. Was really happy there was a bath tub! Good black out blinds. Amazing pillows! Room was clean, stocked and quiet. Location is perfect, just off the highway with gas stations and a Tim Hortons near by.

Our room was so dirty! The sinks had dirt and hair in it, the mirror in the hall was covered in spit marks, there was dried blood on the blanket, the toilet had orange ring and was just dirty! I’ve stayed in bad places but this is top 5 grossest places I’ve stayed. Thank god it was just to sleep as we were there for a wedding.

Staff isn’t accommodating, normally front desk is welcoming I understand it’s a late night but in a few words you would make guests welcome. Just saying here’s your password, there’s the kitchen for free breakfast etc. never mind that, it’s really when there’s too much noise from other guests throughout the night that’s off putting. Again not the management fault but our notice to guests that there’s a quiet time in respect to others. I stayed at this place before and I like it that’s why I went back.

It was a last minute place for us. Easy getting the room. They rooms come with lots of space and are updated. Nice AC unit keeps the room nice and cool. Pet friendly made it an easy choice for us. They have a ok breakfast but can't complain. Will be staying there again.
