I’ve traveled the world and most of the United States. I have high expectations of the Wyndham group, but this by far was the worst experience ever the place is dirty. The place is old. First thing I did when I went in is to take a shower within 30 seconds. I was standing and 3 inches of bath water. They supposedly fixed it did not get fixed. Wi-Fi is absolutely horrendous. I missed three zoom calls because of the quality of the Wi-Fi. I do not recommend this even if it was your last resort.

Not worth it, but cool

I think the extra charges yall wanna charge for everything and not have parking on top of that is ridiculous. Had a valet driver take my phone from my hands and write a review about himself. My fiancé came with me and she enjoyed the hotel bed but honest to god I don’t think it was a king. We sleep in a king and that bed felt like a queen at most

The property was easy to get to, within 2 blocks to the Paycom center and walking distance to many restaurants.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
No clear parking instructions/no onsite self parking. Front desk person was obviously rushing through the process and didn’t answer any questions unless prompted again. Amenities was not talked through. Over all hotel was lack luster and outdated. Basic in room amenities were a miss and even after requesting body wash from the front desk it never came. A good location in proximity to the paycom arena and civic center however there are better options for the price point that is Wyndham is at.
