Thanksgiving Getaway

Pros: Clean, quiet, very efficient service and very friendly !!
Cons: Perfect !!
Location: Love the shopping and scenery around the entire area.
Very close to everyplace we wanted to go to, very nice !!!

Amazing staff that went out of their way in every way

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, staff amazing
I was there with husband and 2 children. The front desk had cookies out each evening. When we got back late one night there were only 2 cookies left and the desk agent went out of his way to cook more cookies and brought them to us at the pool. Also, the day we left, the breakfast attendant sent us off with a bag full of granola bars since she knew we were heading on the road to Baltimore. Everyone was super nice. Hotel was clean and plenty of room for a family of 4.

Nice hotel for a reasonable price.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Quality hotel for a reasonable price. Fair to good breakfast. Good location for the east bay. Were there to visit someone at the Pines transitional care facility and this hotel seems to be the best one that's really close. It fit our purposes well. I'm sure we will return.

Very Nice

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close
The service, bed, breakfast, linens, etc were all top notch for the price. My only complaint... I am a staunch non-smoker and you could smell in the hallways that at one point (the 4th floor at least) had been a smoking floor. Very faint though. Otherwise everything was great for the price.
