Spectacular new waterfront home in beautiful historic Oxford, comfortably sleeps 10 with perfect set up for 2 families. Enjoy Town Creek and Tred Avon water views from every room and angle. Gorgeous sunsets from the wraparound porch, stargazing and fishing from the dock. Walk to Morris Street for a relaxed coffee, stroll through Town Park, or take the Ferry to St. Michaels.

Step into the living room with stunning water views and large fireplace, connected to open kitchen and dining room with French doors onto wrap around screened in porch with exterior fireplace for cozy fall/winter evenings. 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, including 2 master suites, 2 kids' rooms with bunk bed and shared bath, and additional guest room with adjacent bath.

The Town of Oxford has issued short term rental license #STR25-06 for this property. Due to the residential neighborhood of our property, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate groups of young adults under 25 years of age.

Our experience at this lovely home was filled with breathtaking views daily and relaxing moments in all areas of the home and property. Communication with the host was professional and responsive and the advertisement is realistic. The weather couldn't have been better it was like Lucas arranged the perfect vacation.

Our stay at Lucas and Heather's home was absolutely wonderful. The house was stunning, warm and welcoming. The views of the water were lovely. Lucas was very accommodating and easy to reach at any time of the day. He is extremely responsive and provided us with a lot of great information of places to go and visit. I would highly recommend visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas. Great place for a girls' weekend! We can't wait to come back and will definitely book again with Lucas.

Oxford, MD Weekend Getaway

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not truly show just how special the property is. We all enjoyed the side porch for morning coffee together and then late into the evening. The kayaks were an added bonus along with dock for fishing from morning to evening. The kitchen was well stocked for memorable family dinners too. The location was ideal for biking or walking into town. Our host, Lucas was very responsive and accommodating from start to finish with any of our needs. We truly hope to return again.
