Upon arriving to our room, we noticed that the a/c wasnt working. Maintenence came right away, determined that it couldn't be repaired. We were promptly given a new room. We appreciated their cooperation.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Big Thank you to Mark who despite the hectic evening at the front desk saw to it that I got my roll-away cot in the room and kept me updated that he was still working on it. I also appreciate the property supporting the Ironman Eagleman participants with early breakfast the day of the race.

Nice front desk staff

Front desk staff was helpful. They only offer “light” and “decaf” coffee which is odd. Why not dark roast? Fitness room only has 1 treadmill, an elliptical and a bike. The tiny pool is inside with no real place to sit outside.

Great experience.

The check in Person(Mark) was a delight. He was quick getting me checked in and has such a great personality. Definitely made me feel welcomed. The hotel was nice and clean. I loved that the shower was larger and the water pressure was really good.
