5 stars is perfect and let’s be honest hard to come by. I would of given 4 except the manager after I’d stayed 3 days and left 3 deposits decides to tell me I couldn’t stay any longer because they don’t take my direct express card ( government issued) and mind you this was only for my concede

They place was not in to good of area there is a homeless housing facility a cross street the rooms are are a bit dated some of the bfast was great !! But I won’t rate this at a 9 like post said 7.6 is more like it

Completed online check-in. Stated that I would arrive at 7 pm. Arrived at 6:50 pm. No one at front desk. After 30 minutes someone shows up to check us in. TV didn't work with remote provided. Toilet tank would leak and occasionally run. Refrigerator was loud.
