"The bed was absolutely awful! Collapsed mattress and a collapsed bed base where two pieces of wood had been loosely thrown underneath for a makeshift support! It was SO uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and refurbished but not even any soap provided. We had to run across to the Lidl supermarket for shower gel. Water was lukewarm and shower head dreadful. Not a very pleasant experience at all, and definitely not worth the £140 room only charge!"
