"Booked online, initially expecting all facilities "one footprint". Three pools were advertised w/canal, garden, and water access. Room 5 faced open water, w/o 'beach' access. Pool was great, loved gradual shallow 8" to 5'. Tiki-style umbrellas at pool/water areas, provide shade. Chairs comfortable, beach towels accessible, large, clean & striped blue. Check-in staff helpful and friendly. Yoga offering 2x weekly. Attempt to book a massage was a dead end. The kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are included, limited due to wind conditions. This was disappointing. Bar drinks were strong, yet tasty. Onsite conch fritters were as expected, homemade and crispy. Ice is available, although we did not use. We did not embark on cleaning, although when requested clean towels, paper towels, toilet tissue were obtained through office/housekeeping. King room could use a full length mirror. The bed was comfortable, although not firm. Full kitchen-I deep cleaned upon arrival as mold was growing over microwave. Refrigerator full size. Coffee pot-too small. Knives not sharp, we bought our own. We cooked daily, shopped Publix/Winn Dixie. Tile floor, left our feet BLACK, and bathroom could have been cleaner-brought lysol! AC & fan COOL. Front porch was our favorite. Safe in room. Parking provided and convenient. Both rolling cart/wagon for self checkin/out use. WE loved 1st floor-palm trees & geckos. Bring snorkel-nurse shark, lobster, and fish to see! Staff friendly! Breakfast onsite not tried."

"I don’t recommend it, they said breakfast included but it doesn’t, you have to pay 💰, they try to charge me more things than I don’t want without explanation. They charge you parking and doesn’t have a proper space for parking, they are small and uncomfortable."

I paid for extra amenities to be delivered to the room before we got there for my in-laws 52nd anniversary. they fixed it still charged me ice machine didn’t work neither the vending machine, which would’ve been cheaper to buy a soda out of the machine every once in a while, a good way to make sure you go to the bar and spend way more money the Customer Service in the café store unbelievably terrible the weight staff all, but one gentleman had no compassion or care didn’t understand the food we were ordering and please don’t expect to sit outside in the morning when others are outside eating and get service that’s a bad idea. Don’t sit in a table without a menu you won’t get service for some reason. They don’t put menus on the tables if you’re sitting there in the morning waiting for service when you do go to the front desk to express your concerns they act like they care about everything and do nothing about it, including all of the miscellaneous hidden charges that racked up my bill over $1200. You can’t leave an open tab at the Bar. You have to pay for each drink separately and they expect you to tip every time if you’re not a big wig if you don’t have money flowing out of your ears, don’t expect great bar service or table service near the bar. Do you have to complain to Simon the manager to get a little bit better service."
