"This was an excellent stay for my girlfriend and I. The hotel is so clean, well maintained, located walking distance from Old Town and the staff is just amazing. I had an issue with trying to figure out where to return my rental to the airport. There's always tension with understanding how to navigate in a foreign country. I went to the concierge and wow this guy went above and beyond to help me. He tried calling the rental car company and there was no answer. He then took it one step further. He went online and got the GPS coordinates of the location and emailed them to me. He then asked me to check to make sure I had received the email. Once I did he copied the coordinates into my phone to ensure it was the right location. This is definitely going above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of. Well to take it one step further, I forgot a bracelet my girlfriend had given me. I emailed him because I didn't have an international calling plan. He responded back and told me he had the items and would keep them until we returned back to Warsaw. I can't say enough about him and all the staff at this hotel. They really go above and beyond to make their guests stay as pleasant as can be. 5+++ stars because of this gentleman!"
