The shuttle service was efficient. However, I agreed with the hotel to send them a message through Expedia inbox messages to arrange the pickup. No one responded until we called them after an hour. Additionally, I talked with the reception to ask them to fix the heating system, and they promised to do so, but no one came.

This is a good property if you’re staying near the airport. Very limited dining within walking distance. A mall is located just over a mile from the hotel that has several fast food dining options. The hotel did have a restaurant and bar. It is a $10 Uber ride to Old Town. It does provide a free shuttle service to the airport - the main reason for choosing this location. Some staff had limited English communication abilities but was not a significant issue just short of trying to explain the hot water issue and temperature on the air conditioning.
