Flight Review

Mar 5, 2020

Armrests were not able to be lifted to the point where the seats would be comfortable for large passengers. This was the only drawback on our lovely flights. Would be a future dealbreaker!

Very good! Thanks!

Nov 18, 2019

Loved the updated plane and the cleanliness of it all, even the Rose in the restroom!

Oct 8, 2019

A fine experience!

Sep 29, 2019

The first leg was delayed, but the staff is very friendly and help me to get the 2nd leg as the last person boarding. My lucky day!

Sep 29, 2019

Everything was great except the technology for the in flight movies. The volume didn’t work at my seat and the flight attendant wasn’t able to help (not that she should’ve). But everything else was great, and I mean great. I don’t normally like airline food, but yours was perfect and the staff was so so accommodating. I would fly on LOT again even if you weren’t the lowest price. Thank ayou, Eric

Passport control took a hour to get through after arriving in Warsaw. Not sure if I want to fly from Kiev to Warsaw again!!!

Jul 5, 2019

I upgraded to Premium for my flight from Warsaw to Chicago, was so glad I did. Wonderful flight attendants made me very comfortable during the ten hour flight. Because of the upgrade, my bag was tagged priority and I received it quickly at baggage claim. Can’t speak to how the flight would have been in my original Economy class seat, but would definitely fly LOT again based on my experience.

Jan 25, 2019

Second leg of flight didn't have food service. Expensive to buy kosher food.

This Airline is truly a hidden treasure
