We complained 3 times , eventually they did changed the room but it was awful at night as the temperature stayed at 25C and couldn’t adjust to low any further. "This was a wonderful hotel exceptionally quiet Great location with buses trains and trams all around it The restaurants inside the breakfast was incredible just amazing buffet the other restaurant very high quality excellent excellent food spoiled me for other hotels staff was always very helpful to me large deep deep tubs which I greatly greatly appreciate Lily's a massage woman is so sweet so wonderful doesn't excellent excellent job not overpriced in the least the shades on the windows the curtains are very thick so they block out that morning sonnet 4:30 in the morning so the room is nice and dark they actually have air conditioning which a lot of the hotels in your do not I was here during the heat wave so I greatly appreciate it My only thought will complaint would be the beds of it on the hard side it's the strangest thing when you first sit on it is like sitting on a board but somehow your body just adapts to it and it no longer feels that way I don't know why I'm not one that can take hard beds but these are different all in all I would recommend it to anyone it's a wonderful wonderful hotel"
