Room was clean and as expected. The service was very good, with the staff recognizing we were part of the loyalty scheme. (It’s not the primary hotel chain we use, so we don’t have many points) As checkin was delayed, they provided us with a discount voucher for a nearby cafe, which I thought was a nice touch. As there is no Uber in Dublin, the staff organized an early morning taxi to the ferry, which was ready and waiting for us on check out. I have to say, the service was way better than the chain we usually use…

Perfect stay for us right on O’Connell St near shopping, coffee shops, close to Temple Bar and a great run along the river. No 1 stop for hop on hop bus very close to the hotel. Great location for us, Hotel rooms great comfortable beds and very quiet. Breakfast is the best - so many options! Would definitely stay here again - the staff is super friendly and helpful. Parking is the only challenge with a garage off site and a bit spendy. But parking is safe - closed garage.

El hotel es bastante nuevo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero estan bien. La ubicacion es buena con todos los medios de transporte cerca. El personal de la recepcion es muy amable especialmente Nayara. El desayuno excelente y muy completo. Buena relacion precio-calidad. Deberian mejorar un poco la limpieza. La alfombra del ascensor estaba muy manchada y la limpieza de la habitacion deberia ser mas esmerada.
