The large living room Is the central room in the house. A small kitchen with a table and outside there is also a table & chairs for 4 to enjoy some outside dining. The bathroom has been recently refurbished with a large shower. A microwave, coffee machine, washer/ dryer are all in the kitchen. A perfect cottage for a city break. Guests have full access around the house. 3 bedrooms and all living space. Desk Area And tv area Something for everyone Self check in and cleaning on check out. In the heart of Donnybrook and on the edge of the park. Ideal for morning or evening walks/ runs and weekend market vists. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. A 24 hour Spar selling all basic food and essentials just around the corner. A gym at the end of the road plus lots more Bus route just a few minutes from the house to the city centre. Parking on street but disc required during the day from 7 am free in the evening. The house has a 14 Day min stay
