"From an early check-in onwards, the staff were consistently friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with helpful recommendations and quick to sort out anything I needed. Booked a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious and had a separate lounge. That made a real difference, as there was room to relax or work without everything being crammed into the bedroom. The hotel is clean and modern throughout and the amenities are well maintained. Location and transport are where this hotel really stands out. Getting to the Palm or Downtown is very easy. There are always plenty of taxis waiting outside, and taxis booked through apps arrived within two or three minutes every time. The Metro and Tram are about five minutes away by taxi, or roughly a 20-minute walk. The hotel is close to the Dubai Marina promenade. Dubai Marina Mall and JBR beach are both about a 30-minute walk away, or a quick 5-10 minute taxi ride. There's also a handful of restaurants and cafés within a 5-10 minute walk, so you don't always need to travel far for a meal or a coffee. Facilities include a sports bar on the first floor, a well-equipped gym, and a decent-sized pool with loungers. Guests can get access to the sister beach club on the Palm, with a shuttle bus provided. Overall, First Collection Dubai Marina offers spacious rooms, good facilities, helpful staff and excellent connections to the rest of the city. It's a comfortable and practical choice whether you're visiting for leisure or business."

"I stayed at Barceló Residences Dubai Marina in July, and one of the strongest memories I have from the stay is the exceptional team and how comfortable they made me feel. I especially want to recognize Nandar, Monica, Kevin, Theo, Perry, Ahmed, Mohamed, Dennis, and Raj. Every one of them was incredibly helpful and professional, while still bringing genuine warmth and kindness to the experience. Their collective hospitality made a meaningful difference throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the consistency. Feeling comfortable when traveling is incredibly important to me, and the team created an environment where I felt welcomed and well looked after. Their professionalism never felt impersonal—it was accompanied by genuine care and a willingness to help. My sincere thanks to Nandar, Monica, Kevin, Theo, Perry, Ahmed, Mohamed, Dennis, and Raj for making my July stay such a positive experience. Great hospitality ultimately comes down to people, and this team represented that beautifully. I left with wonderful memories and a great deal of appreciation for everyone who helped make the stay so comfortable."
