"I stayed at Sheraton, The Walk one full week with my family and our experience is only positive. The staff was very pleasant and caring, the cleanliness is top class, the breakfast was amazing every morning but I wish they had a little more variety in foods, overall it was very good. I recommend this hotel."

"We had a great 9 night stay at the hotel. Le Meriden is part of three hotels - Le Meridien, W hotel and Westin and you can use the facilities, pools, restaurants at each which means the area is huge. The waterpark, beach and play park were brilliant for our kids (1 and 3). The staff are outstanding - special shout out to Mohammed and Jeet working the front door / bags / cases, Rapesh, Thwain, Jasmine and Lakima in the last recipe restaurant who always had a smile and helped keep our boys under control. Location is great - taxis are plentiful and cheap, metro across the road and a carrefour a 3 minute walk away. The only downside was the building work taking place around the property with the works on the road going on until 1/2am. Nothing the hotel can do about it but it is pretty loud! "

"Lovely hotel with easy access to JBR beach and surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and accommodating and room cleaned to a high standard. They also threw in a surprise cake for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely touch to our stay. Would definitely recommend the Sofitel if you are looking to stay in the JBR area"
