Kind of noisy; I felt like I was in the hallway where families with little children had all been placed. The room was great and nicely appointed, just a lot of kids running around and noisy in the rooms.

The room was excellent!! Only downfall was a week stay and not a single day of maid service to give clean towels or take the trash, even after I requested it at the front desk.

Beautiful Hotel. The Best Hotel I Have Stayed At!

This property is Beautiful. The Staff was incredible. The Breakfast Was Delicious.The pool was so clean. I love that there is a propane grill located near the pool for grilling. The first hotel that had a Cornhole Set up Shuffle Board. Super Cool And A Tic Tac Toe Bean Bag Game. The Electric Fire Pit Is Beautiful. I Would Definitely Stay Here Next Time I Am In The Area! We attended a concert near by. We stopped and got food after the concert on the way back to the hotel. And everyone was so incredibly sweet and accommodating that we bought all of the staff Pizza French Fries And Soda.

A wireless iPhone charger on the nightstand

The rooms are actual suites. The beds are huge, a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, top and microwave. And the title says it all First time I ever seen a wireless charger in a hotel room outside of Beverly Hills I'm gonna be back And the price was right

Excellent choice off 93/River Rd in Andover

Chose this hotel because it looked new and clean. I work on the road and pretty loyal to Marriott, but the Res Inn & Courtyard up the street are both very outdated and not as nice inside and about the same price. I was VERY happy with this hotel/room. One of the softest/comfy beds I've slept in and the kitchen w full fridge/freezer -that makes ice, were key assets for me. Breakfast included. I enjoyed the silver dollar pancake machine and there were ample choices for a quick bite before work. Staff was friendly.

We fit 3 adults and 5 kids in our suite. We felt completely safe and comfortable in the room and on the property in general. There were also lawn games by the pool which everyone enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Sonesta is Awesome

Perfect for our needs! Rooms are suites so helpful for us. Cara at the front was absolutely amazing, friendly, and all around super helpful. The entire staff was super friendly and nice to us, especially our son.

We booked a two bedroom suite for 10d. Room was nice, property was renovated 2y ago. We really liked it. Breakfast was good as well. Only downside was that within the 10d no cleaning of the room happened. The told us that there is minimal room service every 3d and full service every 5 or 7d. the 3 service came regularly. Full service never showed up. Even after asking for it. Other than that I can recommend the hotel. We'll be back on our next visit in Andover.
