"In town due to a family member suddenly put on life support after an accident. In my haste to book the hotel, where the rest of the family was staying, I mistakenly booked this hotel. I tried to cancel the reservation a half hour after I booked it, and even though the other hotel was still a Wyndam hotel, they would not approve a refund Very poor customer service!!"

"The pool was great. The walls are thin so you can hear the hall activity at all hours. The breakfast had lots of variety but the cooked items - gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties did not have much flavor. The room was clean, met our needs and we would stay there again."
