"Customer service was exceptionally good. Room was spacious, quiet and clean with comfortable bed. Only reason to dock one star was the corridor leading to fitness facility at the hotel had strong smell of cigarettes. Hoping the hotel management does something about it for future guests."

"It was OK. Caution to families: upper floor rooms have interior ledges allowing a child to climb up to the windows. "The nicest hotel property and best breakfast during our three-week trip to Eastern Europe. We were upgraded to a deluxe room (thanks to our hotels.com status). Large and lovely. Super nice! Breakfast was incredible! The largest and most extensive offering of breakfast food that we have ever seen at any hotel. WOW! The server, Ana, was attentive and charming. All the staff was polite and helpful. The location is a little bit of a hike to the city center and sites, but the bus and tram stops are close by. "
