Dong Hotel & Travel Guide
There are limited lodgings within a 6-mile (10-kilometer) distance of where you'll find the locals in Dong. We recommend that you make reservations early if you'd like to stay central.
The Oak Valley, South Korea, which is the closest Travelocity-listed hotel, is 19 miles (30 kilometers) from the city center of Dong. But, why not have a look at the Welli Hilli Park, located in South Korea, which is 18 miles (29 kilometers) from the city center.
Have a look at the Sohsul Hotel and also the Grand Motel. The Sohsul Hotel is just 20 miles (34 kilometers) from the heart of Dong. The Grand Motel, is only 20 miles (34 kilometers) away. The World Hotel and the Hotel Myeongjak are two other recommended places to stay in Dong.
The wider Gangwon region is well worth exploring too. Move around Gangwon's traditional villages and old towns. Lovers of nature could also make the time to admire the region's beaches, coastal plains and forests. Popular pastimes in this part of South Korea include snowboarding.
45 miles (76 kilometers) to the northeast of Dong, you'll find Sokcho, which boasts Sinheungsa Temple and Biseondae Rocks. The Hotel Sorak Park and Seorak Kensington Stars Hotel are a handful of the Travelocity-recommended apartment and hotel choices in Sokcho. 19 miles (31 kilometers) to the west of Dong, you may also choose to stay at Seo, which features the Vivaldi Park and Mokziga Pension. If you stay in Seo, keep a day to explore the Vivaldi Park Ocean World and Daemyung Vivaldi Park Ski World.
Before leaving town, don't miss out on experiencing the high energy with excited sports enthusiasts at an engaging game. Seoul World Cup Stadium can be found 60 miles (97 kilometers) to the west of Dong. Enlightened travelers wanting to book Travelocity-listed hotels in the area surrounding the game can compare between the Conrad Seoul or the Grand Hilton Seoul.
For those travelers planning on flying through Gimpo International Airport, you might plan to book a Travelocity-listed room at Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport, or Mayfield Hotel & Resort, which are both located a short ride away.

LEGOLAND Korea Resort
"It was such a fun experience for the kids. They loved doing the search to find their treasure once we arrived in the room. The room was nice and big, was nice to have the kids separate. The water was hot in the shower but noticed some tiles that needed to be replaced as they were coming out of the wall. You do need to get in quick if you want to book a session for the activities provided by the resort. The restaurant food was pretty average, would've liked more variety. Legoland itself was very quiet, even for a hot day. Half the rides were open from 10-2pm, then they closed and the other half open from 2-5pm. As it was off peak season it felt like we had the whole park to ourselves, this was good for our daughter who didn't have to wait in line and could just hop on any ride straight away. It's such a good and fun experience for the kids."
