Very nice hotel. After I checked out, though, I waited in the lobby with my luggage and tried to get a little more sleep in one of the chairs. A group of people, not hotel employees, came and sat down and proceeded to have a meeting. They saw me and said "let's just have the meeting". If I'm paying this much money as a guest at your hotel, I would expect that non-guests would not be able to sit anywhere they want inside and have their meetings. This really stuck with me. Hopefully it won't happen again as I would like to stay here again soon, as a Hilton diamond member. Thanks

We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We stayed at a Suite, and our friends did too. This a very large and beautiful hotel. We stayed here last year in April. This year we stayed in a suite, and our friends did to. The service has lacked more since last year. Also, their housekeeping was not good, as the shower didn't look clean and the hand held shower cord was rusted, and the toilet from the half bathroom didn't look clean. Also, the rug in the bedroom had a large part that was detaching from the floor, causing it to be dangerous to walk on. If pictures are needed, I took and video as well. We stayed in room 1816. In spite of that, their restaurant on the 37th Floor continues to have great service and delicious food full of flavors.

I had selected and paid for the free breakfast option for everyone, but the front desk staff told me that children were not included and that I had to pay an additional per night around $60. When I asked why since I had already paid, they didn't check any proof and simply said, "Then don't pay." It was ridiculous. If the system was wrong, correct it properly without shame.

The Conrad was a great place to stay in Seoul. It is about a 20 to 30 minute cab ride from most of what you want to see in the city. As first timers in Korea, the major surprise was a lot of lost in translation that took place when communicating with staff and taxi drivers.
