La Belle à Colombage is a pretty half-timbered house from the 17th century, entirely renovated, located in the historic centre of Dinan. The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. Wifi free. Sheets and towels included. Free parking space.

The House:
The combination of wood, stone and careful decoration will make you fall under the charm of this pretty town house.
On the ground floor :
- Cosy living room with armchairs, coffee table, TV
- Open kitchen fully equipped : oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher.

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with double bed 160 x 190 cm, chest of drawers.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

On the second floor:
- A bedroom with two single beds 80 x 190 cm which can be combined into a double bed

Transport:
- By car: most of the car parks in Dinan town centre are paying. In order to allow you to park easily, we provide you with a free parking badge allowing you to park your car in all public car parks in Dinan!

Delightful *after* check-in
Lovely property with everything needed for a short, pleasant stay in Dinan during the off season. The parking pass was especially appreciated. Unfortunately, the check-in process was needlessly unpleasant. Despite providing my arrival time in the booking and emailing to confirm, the indicated person was not available when I arrived and did not answer repeated phone calls. After calling VRBO, I waited half an hour in the rain for someone to arrive, only to have the check-in person finally call me with instructions to get the key from the lockbox -- something that could *easily* have been provided in the booking instructions.

Superb location and accommodation
The house was in the most central location possible. Everything was within walking distance, in fact we didn't move the car all week as there were so many interesting places to visit within Dinan. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend although the stairs could be tricky for the more mature guest or those with a mobility issue, they were steep and narrow, we are in our 60's and had no problem with them

Logement très bien situé dans Dinan. Idéal pour découvrir la ville. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans les parking environnants (5-10 min à pied). Système de remise des clés très pratique. Inconvénient du centre ville : bruit des passants le soir / la nuit.

Petite maison pleine de charme et chargée d’histoire
Excellent séjour dans cette petite maison, vieille de 500 ans, qui vient d’être entièrement rénovée. Au dernier étage, très jolie vue sur la basilique. Tout est très propre et les sympathiques propriétaires sont disponibles en cas de besoin. Le parking offert est juste à côté donc ce n’est vraiment pas gênant. A recommander vivement pour visiter cette jolie ville.
