So there was an array of events that happened first the key card did not work for the very first day that I was there. Had to wait the whole So there was a array of events that happened first the key card did not work for the very first day that I was there had to wait the whole day to get a key card to the room so I didn’t have any access to the room not only that there was a baby roach, discovered in the bathroom of the place, which was completely outrageous. I just could not believe that there were roaches in there and I had spent almost $700 for this day just for a few days not only that they charge $150 deposit the bed was worn. I had a room all the way in the back of the hotel in the corner on the very first floor. It was loud there. Are people running around everywhere all times of the day and night not only debt a person walked in on me while I was completely butt naked I had no clothes on so our housekeeper later appeared to be trying to come in my room and steal and then she was like oh sorry I was completely naked. She could’ve been recording she could’ve been taking pictures anything so I need a refund
