"The room was good. Clean. The pool was not as expected. The slides shook so bad my 8 year old would not go down it. There were dirty towels laying on the chairs, tables and floor. Even though it was empty when we left."

"Room wasn't cleaned. Underwear hanging from the shower, and so understaffed no one is ever at the front desk. The tv didn't work except for one channel, remote didn't work. The guy at the front was friendly tho. Kids running around as loud as possible till midnight and the ac didn't work."
