"We had a lagoon view room and loved the location near pool and restaurants . The Spa was top notch very relaxing and lots of amenities, plunge pool , sauna , cool shower before your treatment as well as the tea and chocolate that were served . The staff was outstanding and catered to your every needs. Best hotel with beach out front ! "

"Room was spacious with seating area, desk and balcony. Bed was decent. Able to cast shows to TV. Lobby Staff were helpful. Hot tub was cold but plenty of swimming pools + beach. Food was good at italian spot. Check weather prior to avoid Cyclones"

"This is a lovely hotel in Port Denarau . The rooms are spacious and the resort is spread out with excellent views ad access to the beach. Easy connection to the Marina ( use Bula bus) and island hopping. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. There are 2 main restaurants but we preferred Koro . Staff are very helpful (mostly). The Hotel could do with a better reception area ( looks a bit too simple compared to Sheraton next door). The Nadi city centre is about 20 min drive and you will need to take a taxi ( fare vary with who you book and hotel one's are expensive )."

"Nice resort with decent rooms. Staff is very friendly. Food isn’t good and there isn’t much to do in the resort. Too far from the town. One suggestion, they should run a shuttle or something to the city given just a round trip to city will cost you over a 100 usd. "

"The resort is not 5 star in my opinion. Plain drinking water was not freely available throughout the resort (we had to ask for bottled water). Our room was clean but fixtures were tired, broken or worn out some powerpoints were loose on the wall * one bedside lamp switch worked but was taped up with electrocal tape * there was no globe in the light above the phone desk * there was no instructions for the phone and it only appeared to work on speaker * there was no bottle opener in the room * the wooden bed base creaked on the tile floor * the room fixtures looked tired, faded (paint on sheer curtains and curtains coming unhhooked) * hanging space for wet swimwear etc was non existent. Staff were mostly friendly attentive but some could do better. Restaurant food was ok, however, prices were expensive for what was offered. Bar staff only served from behind the bar. Wet weather seating in the bar area was scarce. Recorded music in the restaurant/bar was loud & annoying. Cabanas were hot & not inviting. Gardens & buildings were not very well maintained and drainage improved. (Slippery tiles)"
