"I’ll admit I’m a bit biased as someone who spent many summers in Mazatlán, this place holds a special spot in my heart. On this trip, my family and I decided to embrace the experience as tourists, and we were so impressed by the hospitality we received. Omar and his colleague (I wish I could remember his name!) at the night buffet were truly outstanding. Both were incredibly hardworking, kind, and attentive. They served us for four nights and made us feel right at home each evening. One night, they even surprised us with a specialty pizza for our table the moment they saw us arrive such a thoughtful gesture! Their warm hospitality left a lasting impression, and by the end of our stay, we made sure to find them and say goodbye. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!"
