"Front the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Greated by the staff and hotel manager, Jacobo Lachin, with a refreshing drink and cold towel to cool down from a hot Thai day. Mr. Lachin was the most gracious host, explaining the hotel amenities available to us and thoughtfully explained the value of the upgrade to the lounge floors which we requested. It turned out to be the very best choice as we were able to wine and dine the afternoons away! We absolutely recommend this as a place to stay in Bangkok, great central location for most of the visitor sites and a welcome retreat from the excitement of the city… We very much hope to return one day! "

"Amazing hotel situated in middle of sukumvit. Great rail links both BTS and MRT on door step so easy to explore the city. Clean tidy hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and tidy beds are way to comfy and ive never known a hotel room have so many plug sockets. Thanks for a amazing stay."
