"I must say - having arrived nearly Midnight, the clerk failed to tell us there was an elevator. so, my husband and I struggled up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage to the room available because the room we requested, which was by the pool, was assigned to another customer. However, as the days continued, the staff were very pleasant and the meals were very tasty, especially the Jamaican breakfasts - delicious. So, the opportunity to get a sense of what the hotel was about. I would recommend the hotel as it is in the heart of New Kingston -- it is clean, safe and reasonable for the fee charged."
