"The hotel is good. It has excellent facilities, and the food is decent. However, during my stay, there were rules prohibiting the use of vapes, hookahs, and loudspeakers. Despite this, there was a group of people in the pool area making excessive noise and vaping. Security should do a better job of enforcing the rules and paying attention to these situations. Guests come to relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, and there should be better control over individuals who drink alcohol and then behave however they want. Please also keep the pools clean."

"Overall a very nice holiday. What was very disappointing is that the pools are only open for a certain time. They claim to have 8 restaurants, we were there for a week and were only able to book 2. We were expecting to be able to try all of them, so that was very sad. The staff were mostly friendly, but not always in the mood to serve. The water from the ocean was not nice at all! Very dirty. The pools were very clean though."
