"Terrible & rude staff that would walk right past you and not acknowledge you at all. Not to mention, they add an automatic 18% gratuity to all drinks and meals, which we wouldn’t mind paying if the staff was friendly or prompt.
The A/C did not work correctly and made e terrible noise all night long. "

"Staff were friendly. My room smelled moldy. I used a T-shirt to cover my face during the stay. It was close to the airport which was a good thing. Water and soda were in the room which I thought was nice. No bath towel was assigned to my room. Was a good stay but wouldn’t return. There was a bar and casino in the same complex. "
