"We stayed here as the reviews were good 10/10 so thought it was close to Wembley ovo but what a mistake. The hotel was more like a hostel. Very grubby and dirty. We stayed in a suite as it was an extra £5 on top of our £110 a room so opted for bigger space but we didn’t use it as the settee was covered in stains as was the floor and the headboard had greasy hair/head stains on it. Outdated and falling apart furniture and the bathroom was minimal with soap and shower gel chucked on the side. The windowsills were dirty with dead bugs on. Curtains and net curtains had stains on. The bed was so squeaky everytime you moved and very flat pillows. We didn’t have breakfast. The hotel is graded a 3 star which is debatable. From walking from outside in we realised the mistake we made but had an hour to get to our concert so unfortunately didn’t have a choice but to stay here. Honestly book somewhere else that’s clean at the very least. I’m sorry to give a bad review but it’s the truth."
