Unfortunately AC system is not working properly. Wake up in the middle of the night bc you hot, but knowing that you lover temperature before you went to bed. That’s unexceptionable. Instead of rest, I got horrible migraines and next day got ruined.

Our room was on the 6th floor with college kids who were in the halls at 2, 3 and 4 am talking loudly, slamming doors. Consideration should be made for senior citizens who would enjoy a good night's sleep.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating as much as possible. Ariel & Isaiah stand out! It's Tricky planning for chair bound person. ADA king bed suite is better for tioleting with lower beds for getting in-but no roll in shower. Changed to Double queen bedroom which has roll in shower but floor is made uneven for water drainage & tiolet & beds too high. The staff has no control over construction of rooms and helped as much as they could allowing me to pick which room to use. Although it needs straps & better brakes I was able to borrow a manual wheelchair from them which saved the day and plans for our weekend trip. I would definitely stay here again, and side jote the brand of coffee the hotel ises is good.

We didn’t eat anything at the hotel but there’s a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The room was really clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean, the hotel was quiet, comfortable and welcoming. There's plenty of dining within walking distance and a huge Boscov's outlet store basically right next door. The margaritas at the hotel bar were fantastic and the food was good.
